Spent a few nights over Easter. Great customer service from reception to all staff in the resort. Kids activities available went beyond our expectations. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the service offered to us was exceptional. Special mention goes out to Joe the bartender at "the tavern", who catered to all our little requests, thanks mate. I won't hesitate to rebook here in the future.

Fairmont Resort is a very peaceful and pleasant resort. The staff are excellent and made the stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were a good size and clean. There are also an assortment of activities for everyone in the family, such as a playground for the children, and a cinema for a selection of movies. Overall, really happy with my stay here, and will definitely be looking to return in the future.

This place is PERFECT for a work conference! The facilities are fantastic. It’s like a maze. What really topped it for me was the theatre room and the kids ball pit, games room! I felt like a kid. Oh and the amazing view of the blue mountains and all the running tracks around too. The rooms are vintage like and very clean. The staff are friendly and they’re very customer oriented. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The layout of the bathroom made it difficult to get under the water.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, amazing food, well laid out rooms, and plenty of things to do for the young, young at heart, and more mature. Visited here over the Easter long weekend. There are rides for the kids with free movies on in the cinema. There are several locations to eat at on the grounds for lunch and dinner. Given the time of year, it is recommended to book for meals, etc. in advance. The parking is a little bit of a hike if you can't get in the top park, but drop the bags at the door and walk up. Suggest signing up with the Accor hotel membership program for the free WiFi as the mobile reception is terrible, but that's not the fault of the resort. The grounds are beautifully clean as is the interior. The kids zone is a great area for children as are the many outside locations such as the small garden maze and ponds. There are great walks with magic views and short trips to the other sites.

Family friendly resort. So much for the kids to do. Amazing staff who all went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds. A must if you are travelling to the blue mountains. Only constructive criticism I would have is the pillows aren’t great but that’s a small issue. We definitely will be coming back.
