They were very helpful at first having time for me with a very short notice call but my experience was that they fixed my machines original fault, caused by me, (operating machine beyond capacity) but left me with many other problems. Cost me about $350 to be left with a high lift walking foot machine that lifts about 7 mm by knee and 1mm by manual lift. Can't even get my work out after sewing. 
For somebody who sells and services typical machines, I have expected a lot more experience and knowledge. Sorry for that honest review Greg and thanks for trying Russell. 
Hope that this is only my experience and they're are otherwise just as good as they are advertising to be.

Greg and the guys are just the best. Very helpful and know their trade very well. Not many commercial sewing machine repairers around any more, but I highly recommend them.
