DO NOT HIRE THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER!!!! An appointment was booked for yesterday, Kevin did NOT show up. He showed up this morning with no tool box and tried to rip us off! Not only did he break the washer and try to blame us for it when we watched him put holes in it with his pliers trying to pull it out! He then puts the wrong washer in! Continues to tell us 2 things were broken and he could go and get it but the parts would cost over $100. Basically by the end of this my mum was looking at close to $300. We advised no forget it. He has than argued with my mother at our front door as we refused to pay him as he had FIXED NOTHING! We have just had a plumber leave our premises who confirmed the WRONG WASHER you had put in and nothing else was broken and what do you know... our toilet is fixed and running again. FOR $90!
Kevin has carried out plumbing work at our property many times over recent years. He has always been friendly and reliable and done a great job. We have been happy to recommend Kevin and have always received good feedback. On every occasion, even if just providing a quote, Kevin has arrived when he said he would, and always in his work vehicle complete with tools! If he was undergoing work and required extra parts, he would go out to get the required parts and return promptly to complete the task. My husband and I have no hesitation recommending Kevin and will engage him for future work. Thanks for always making yourself available when we need help Kevin!
I have used Kevin of Shailer Park Plumbing for over 5 years - he has been reliable and on time on each and every occasion. We have used him in our own home renovation as well as through our business in our factory Central Glass and Aluminium. If you want a reliable, friendly and efficient plumber who will turn up when they say they will, will do what they say they will and offer advice then look no further than Kevin.
