We had Mick come out to our home office today to replace our hot water unit. He was very professional (quite a character). Mick and his apprentice were very efficient and our hot water unit was connected in a few hours. I would recommend Mick to my friends for all household plumbing needs.

Got Michael in to look at my hot water system that wasnt working. He did some checks and said it was an electrical fault. Paid him and called in an electrician (paid him too) - turns out there was nothing wrong with electrics. Phoned Michael back to tell him there was nothing wrong with the power supply, and his response was "So what - i'm a plumber not an electrician". So I called in second plumber and i never mentioned any previous tradie visits, just told him hot water wasnt working - within 10 minutes he was able to tell me the heating element was shot. So MA Plumbers get a 1 star and i suggest anyone who has hot water issues that could be power related - go somewhere else. And for Michael - i suggest he learns how to use a multimeter, thats all the other plumber did!

Top job! Rang Michael with an urgent job to fix a leak in the mains, he arrived when he said he would, found the problem quickly, fixed it with a minimum of fuss, and charged appropriately. I can but loosely describe my gratitude for the professional job done with a great positive attitude!
