I rang Flo-Rite Plumbing to get  a quote on having  my elderly mothers hot water cylinder replaced or repaired. I spoke to Kathy who advised me on what my options and price would be. Later that day  I rang back and booked the plumber in for the work to be done. A time and day was arranged around my mothers outings she had planned. As the hot water cylinder was in a tricky place to get to, he made every attempt not to damage anything surrounding. On completion  of the job he stood and explained to my mother what the knew laws where for installing hot water cylinders, and warranty. The plumber left the working space very clean and tidy and removed the old unit for her to the dump. In the future I would have no hesitation to contact and re-use Flo-Rite Plumbing again.

Good afternoon Team at Flo Rite Plumbing

Just wanted to advise what a great tradie and ambassador for the company you have in Michael the gentleman who today replaced our electric hot water system.

He kept us updated via phone regarding his estimated time of arrival,  provided an accurate timeframe for the job and was thoroughly professional and courteous in his dealings with us.

Further, he clearly communicated what he had done afterwards and stepped me through the requirements / warranty etc of the new system.  Most of all he meticulously cleaned up after the work was finished to the point of leaving our broom up-ended to dry out in the sun.  My wife and I were suitably impressed and would have no hesitation to recommend your firm for any plumbing requirements in the future if the example set by Michael is the benchmark for your tradespeople. Michael is a credit to your company.

Flo-Rite are reliable friendly and very knowledgeable. We stumbled upon them when we needed our hot water system replaced and these guys did a great job and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely highly recommend these guys if you need a good plumber!

  Just had Flo Rite to fit new water cylinder at our property.
  The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. The tradesman arrived on time
  and did an excellent job of installing the new cylinder. I would certainly recommend 
  Flo-Rite Plumbing to my friends as they were extremely professional.
