Terrible company. They overcharge for absolutely everything. I got my unit repaired by them and after a couple of months the same problem occurred, after calling them they came to have a look, charged me for a call out, then charged me another fee because they had to use their tools. 

Read what they put on their invoices btw as they are not very specific in what they do to get out of a warranty clam later.

Be warned.
