This repair service company was a delight to work with. Our 7 year old Liebherr Fridge was not maintaining a cold temperature and Always Prompt Repairs understood the urgency of the problem. They had a delightful and knowledgeable technician, He quickly found the problem and knew exactly what to do. He would not leave until he was certain the problem was resolved, this was accomplished one day after I called them. The person answering the phone was kind, understanding and very patient. A pleasure.

This company was awesome. Very easy to book the Job. They turned up On Time as Promised. Repaired my Dishwasher which another company couldn't repair and in under 30 minutes. They also replaced the blown element in my oven. Happy Wife, Happy Life. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Cheers, James

Terrible unfriendly service. Called into office because i live local to pick up a part and the lovely lady (not)at the front counter was going to charge me $30 more their online price. Considering its a $50 part I politely refuse and will spend my money elsewhere. Even if i do buy it online it wont be with them.
