If you are after a business that provides what I call 'true service' meaning good old fashion service your search is over. Honestly from the first phone call this company simply runs circles around others.  The quality of the service they provide is absolutely 5 star. Fiona in the office was simply amazing with the information she provided and went out out of her way to arrange a HW system for untill such time as we could arrange for the new system installed.  Then Andre who installed the new Hot Water system was such a gentleman who took great pride in the quality of work he undertakes.  Every contact I have had with this Business has been simply amazing. I can highly recommend them for service and price.  Thank you Fiona and Andree as  I deeply appreciate the quality of service I received from you all.  Thank you

I've never given a bad review before, but I would not recommend this company to anyone. They provided a service without our consent then sent us an inflated bill after the fact. During their initial visit and quote, the project was made clear and my wife pointed out what she thought should be considered. The technician didn't see these concerns as important and left them out of the quote. Sure enough the part was changed on the day of installation and included in the new invoice. We, out have fearness have agreed to pay for the part, but have asked to have the labour of 2 men on site waived. This is still unresolved. Kent is our contact.

HI Just want to say thanks to the Q.I.G.S team for the quality service and installation that they have done at my house. My existing hot water broke down on a friday afternoon recently. I spoke to Fiona in reception telling her my concerns of not having hot water for the weekend and she promptly organised a tradesman to come out to my place that afternoon with a temporary hot water system so i had hot water to bath my 2 year old son over the weekend and it was all done at a fair reasonable price. great service and would definitely recommend for others to use. A+

You will not find a better team of Gasfitters - honest, loyal and above all well priced. Job always done in a very tradesman like manner. Recommended 5 star.

Excellent service. The administrative staff were incredibly helpful through out the whole process and the fitter himself was professional and prompt. Would definitely recommend this company.
