Story

Since 1964 QBANK has been helping Queensland police, fire, emergency, ambulance and public sector employees and their families manage their everyday banking.

As a financial institution that is owned by its members we're genuinely focused on meeting the financial goals of our members. We do this by providing competitive products that are tailored to meet the needs of members and through exceptional customer service.

To open an account with QPCU each member purchases one $10 share. This enables all members to have a say in the running of their Credit Union. With members who are also owners, the Credit Union is run with the members' best interests at heart.

Qbank used to be good to bank with.  Over the last few years however i have received bad advice resulting in a significant loss of money to me without so much as an apology.  I have been lied to, unreturned phone calls and zero attempt to keep me as a customer. 
I have made multiple attempts with qbank to resolve issues to be met with very dismissive staff. 

6 years with them to be treated like garbage over the last 2 to 3 years.  I have more faith in Vodafone now. 

Goodbye I'm going somewhere else.
