Very helpful branch. Very reasonable in reviewing an unfair bank fee. I would (and do) go accross town to visit this branch.

Terrible experience !

Today the 5th of April I have walked to ANZ bank to activate my credit card. After about 1 hour  of waiting I was told by Amelia .., to make an appointment for next time .....
How encouraging .... 
The older lady who was serving at the teller was very helpful and nice but powerless. 
This bank is very understaffed.
After all that wait , Shane was really helpful and officiant ....
