Just purchased our first home and we could not have done it without the dedication and commitment from Sam! She was always a phone call or email away with any questions we had throughout the process. Buying a house in this current property market is quite a stressful time due to the 78 other buyers going for the same property. Fortunately we were lucky enough to deal with Sam who took all the financial stress away from the process and reinstated our faith in banks! Thank you Sam and the BOQ team!

We are so grateful for their amazing service and teamwork to get us through the whole process as smooth as we could have ever asked. The current housing market was extremely stressful to buy in, and the only saving grace in the process was the fantastic service and support that Sam & Sandy too who was also an amazing help last year provided to us over the course of many months. From refinancing our loans, selling our unit and helping us secure a larger home for our family needs. I recently switched banks to Bank of Qld by moving my home loan. Not only did I save $s on a great rate. The service I have experienced has been second to none. I feel like I have a whole team supporting me and my financial wellbeing. The end to end process to switch my loan was simple and fun. Not words I usually use to describe a bank. Thanks so much Nataly and Megan and 116 Queen St team - Award winning 5 star service.

Lazy, unhelpful staff. I feel as though Bank Of Queensland does everything it can to make things more difficult for you, to make things easier for them. If I could make suggestion, if your opening a new business go somewhere else.
