Just purchased our first home and we could not have done it without the dedication and commitment from Sam! She was always a phone call or email away with any questions we had throughout the process. I recently switched banks to Bank of Qld by moving my home loan. Not only did I save $s on a great rate. The service I have experienced has been second to none. I feel like I have a whole team supporting me and my financial wellbeing. The end to end process to switch my loan was simple and fun. Not words I usually use to describe a bank. The bank close in sunday however there are some ATMs on there

Lazy, unhelpful staff. I feel as though Bank Of Queensland does everything it can to make things more difficult for you, to make things easier for them. If I could make suggestion, if your opening a new business go somewhere else.
