Went to do a bank statement, didn’t wait for long but they do my statement wrong which makes me have to come back to do it again, but it was wrong again. When I was in such a rush and basically that’s their problem but they looked such layback and telling me there were not much they can do.

I visit here for link my term deposit acc to business acc, and change my credit card rate. 3 consultants made me await 10 mins and all they could say that they cant help me here. Then one senior came to me with put both hands on his pocket which is looks very unpolite said that he cant do it without any explain.(leo) the worst experience ever.

ANZ is a great branch if you have a spare half an hour to wait in lines, while there are only two hard working staff but four vacant computers available. Maybe hire more staff? I think that’ll help your low star rating

I walked in without an appoinment to open an account. I was greeted by wendy after only 2 minutes of waiting. She was very professional and helpful. Hence the 3 stars. 

Alot more can be said about Anz's products and services. Having to pay $5 a month for the basic account with a visa card unless you deposit $2000 a month is terrible. That would be okay for an account with some perks eg. Travel insurance. But for a basic account this is appalling. You are already making money off of my deposits anyway！

Then to top that off, in order to open a super annuations account you have to take their death cover which can only be cancelled after 24 hours of the account being open. Something you would expect from Netflix and not a well known bank. 

Up your game Anz!
