Not impressed with the overall service here at all. My daughter set up an account and the person who helped her do this was lovely, but the person who deposited her money was rude, intimidating & unhelpful.

These imbeciles ridiculed me and cost me money because of their pure incompetence. Avoid these immature amateurs at all costs.

Don't open a business account here. I have to go here every day to collect pre-ordered cheques and they are never ready. The staff then proceed to lie to you and tell you they've "just received" the request when you can clearly see on the top of the piece of paper that the fax was sent three hours ago. If you are going to lie to your customers for Christ sake at least be smart about it! I have urged many a client to shut their account here and move to a bank that is more efficient, competent, friendly and honest.
