Every day they are sent cheque directions in the morning. Every day when we go there to collect them we are told "we've only just got the fax". Incapable of actioning tasks inside of two hours. Absolutely no concept of customer service. I wish our clients would change to a competent bank. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to give zero stars so I have to give one.
