It's been 1 month since your coin counting machine ate my money and I filled out the paper work. Was told 2-3 weeks and have heard nothing back. So I just go without $100s because of your fault and no follow up or compensation? Great
Booked an appointment but still had to wait for 15mins. Their attitudes were cold as ice. I’m not here to beg you for money. YOU have MY MONEY small or big. Drop that freaking attitude. Such an unpleasant short appointment.
Had made an appointment but ended up having to wait half an hour to see someone. Got told three different excuses as to why the person was running late. Nobody from ANZ had bothered to look at the documents our mortgage broker sent through and then they proceeded to tell us there were things wrong/missing. I am sure there is fault on my broker's part, but I would lose my job if I was that disorganised and ignored my due diligence to check things prior to meeting with customers. Managed to get everything sorted in the end but it was not at all a pleasant experience.
Went to Creek St branch no one available for customer service. Spoke to Mon who said they have no one to serve me or the line up behind me I'm guessing.
Worst branch ever the front desk person kept saying no for even helping to print out a statement. Every single sentence is push back and ask me to book an appointment to print the statement???? Absolutely disgusting attitude.
Appalling telephone service. Waiting for a long time with messages of apologising for the delay. Passing my call from one to another department and the wait starts again. I was applying for a Travel Card. If ANZ does the job they promise that it will be ready in 5 working days, the call and frustration is unnecessary. Beside when I filled in the application, my money was taken and transferred to the travel card straight away. I also wrote my email address in the application but no reply email to say that the card is being processed. This information surely will make it easier for reference. I have to rely on the transaction reference I have written on a piece of paper.
Place looked deserted, and a woman at the front had an iPad and asked me to book an appt. Does ANZ think they’re like an Apple Store? I would rather have waited quietly than plug all my details into an iPad.
Terrible service. I attended to close an account. The teller couldn't find out the closing balance to finalise the closure and directed me to a phone in the branch to call up and find out for myself. Back to the teller and finally managed to close the account in the branch. Received a statement 2 months later, account not closed at all and requesting an account fee.
I used to like it. Its my branch for many years but seems like they have just gave it up. Atms are out of service, ticket machine is out of service, path is blocked by two sits, there is no more foreigner currency teller... whats happening here? Disapointing.
Had a really pleasant experience in this branch of the bank today! Jessica was absolutely lovely and very helpful with advice for me and my partner.
