A very small Suncorp Bank! 3 teller machines are inside & a coin changing machine for convenience! The George St store is better! Wheelchair access is available! Opposite Anzac Arcade!
Staffs are clueless and did not want to help each other, clearly the lady that assisted me has no idea what's going on. Why put someone at the first point of contact and is clueless. Out of around $250 worth of coins. I managed to deposit $12. Rest of the coins got stuck in the machine and some rejected back out. A good handful around $70 worth. Front of desk ask another staff and he just pointed her to the process. She than ask for the treasurer which she is in a meeting for 10 to 15mins. Being in same situation few years ago in suncorp George St which was very very helpful and full of information. I remember I can do a dispute form which i need to ask to get one done, so the front of desk staff said she can help with that since I did not want to wait for the treasurer. She was again clueless and I can see her laptop page still stuck in forms, took my key card and I'd to see her manager to come out saying thrncoins machine have been check and no coins is stuck. Didn't want to cause a big scene but a good blunted lie. Just said thanks, good bye than served another customer. I remember at suncorp George St, it took them 2 weeks to check thr coins, as it may go to thr coin tray which an outsource company checks and determine the balance. Clearly thr front of house staff just wanting to get rid of a customer like myself cause it in thr too hard basket for her.
NO STARS rude, incompetent and disinterested. No customer service - and that includes the so-called manager Zoe who puts her nose into customer interactions whenever she feels like it - but only to be rude not to solve the problem. I had transferred money from one account to another and it had not reached the second account. The money was need for a hospital admission. Zoe; when told what she was telling me was effectively 'too bad, take a hike, you're not going to hospital' said yes and nodded her head. She said it was not their problem. Then she said 'not in those words' but same meaning - too bad, tough luck, nick off. DISGUSTING.
Surprisingly decent customer service when attending in person. Much better than trying to get anything sorted on the phone.

Some staff were very helpful, whilst others were not as welcoming. Customer service is a priority and should always be consistent.
My girlfriend borrowed $100 from me. We separated 3 years later and she gave me exactly $100. I lost interest in that relationship.
Only gets one star because I can't give zero. Waiting times are interminable. The rarely have more than one teller operating. Meanwhile a half a dozen other people sit around with their thumbs up their butts. They treat their clients with contempt.
Very poor service. Customer service is terrible.
