I rented a car from Prime Car on 17/11/2017 for a day trip to Kinglake. Luke from Prime Car was super helpful, friendly, flexible, professional and efficiency! Luke even offered to pick me up from and take me back to the bus stop! Great follow up with calls and text message. Great services and great price! I highly recommend Prime Car to anyone who ever needs to rent a car in Melbourne! I am more than 100% satisfied with my first renting car experience in Melbourne :)
