Priceline Pharmacy Belmont Village

Don’t come and buy here. Way overpriced. My mum got medications for 3x more expensive. She is 76 years old who needed assistance. But unfortunately people here didnt bother ripping her off. I understand the policy of NO RETURNS ON CONSUMABLES. Although, what I don’t understand is, this Priceline Belmont Pharmacy is living off selling way overpriced medications. DO NOT BUY YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE. They sell way overpriced medications and they have no returns policy even if the boxes are all in good condition and purchased less than 24hours. What a joke that they are allowed to rip people off.

I regularly go into this Pharmacy for skincare products and let me tell you the girls in here are experts. Especially Grace. What a Star They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My brother has also been to Belmont PL and was very impressed by the helpful attitudes that the assistants have. Well done.

Friendly staff who go above and beyond. Genuine care and concern shown by staff. They will order in preferred brands if not stocked. Thanks for an uplifting experience, you guys often make my day. Tracey

I have been a customer to many years and always get treat with respect. I love everyone there. All the ladies are beautiful and kind and know there stuff. The pharmacists are wonderful and always look after me

The staff was really lovely and helpful when I needed to find things. Everyone was super approachable and the store was neat and well stocked

If i'm completely honest the customer service is horrible with the workers. Most of the girls that work there give off a very rude vibe, it's something i've been observing since i was in year 9 and i'm now in year 11 and its the same. The workers are not polite, it's as if they don't even like their job or anyone, they are not ever friendly or nice, it's as if they get paid to be a so snobby. I still shop here because it's close to my school, so when i need to go shop i go here but i never look forward to seeing the workers. I have met came across at least 4 nice people that work there and offer to assist as soon as walking in. As for the rest, they only want to help when they feel like it or have to.

Drop in scripts and then go shopping expecting them to be ready on return, but they never are. Then you go to the checkout and there is only ever 1 staff serving and we wait in a queue again. Only go here if you have a lot of time to waste.

Pretty disappointed with the customer service. I had booked online for a vaccination. I turn up to the appointment, only to be told that the "pharmacist finished early today" and "we are only available for vaccination appointments between 9am and 4pm...unfortunately, the online booking system hasn't been updated yet". I'm annoyed that no one told me prior to the appointment! I provided an email address and phone number at the time of the booking, so why didn't anyone call me, text me or email to let me know that the booking needed to be rescheduled or cancelled. It's really not that hard....

Terrible and DO NOT recommend - I saw some drugs were dropped on the floor but pharmacist picked them up and put them back in the medicine bottle. Poor hygiene in Priceline Pharmacy Belmont.
