I have never have a problem with getting what I need with products, they have great gift ideas and reasonable priced. Easy to do over the phone scripts to collect and in timely manner. Friendly and helpful staff with informative, information and advice relayed. Nicely layed out store with two entry points with back store parking available. Making every experience easy and welcoming. Even has a in-store post office, convenient for posting needs or requirements.

10/10 service from Joe in the dispensary team! This guy really knows his stuff and always goes out of his way for customers. He’s provided me with so much valuable advice on vape products, the best methods, and what suits my needs perfectly. Joe goes above and beyond to source accessories and the latest products on the market. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for customers are second to none. I’m extremely grateful for all his help, truly outstanding service!

I’ve had to deal with two warranty issues for my dry herb vaporiser over time, and both experiences with Carina Day and Night Pharmacy have been excellent. Joe has gone above and beyond each time—professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The pharmacists at this store are excellent. I've been here a few times for both vaccinations and consultations, and I have been impressed with the expertise and care that the staff have for their customers. I genuinely wish that every interaction with the health system was as good as my visits to this pharmacy.
