Carina Pharmacy has provided me with incredibly kind and helpful service as I begun a new medication journey. I had so many questions which they were happy to answer and with a level of detail I have never experienced before. I live across the country and my items arrive sooner than things posted in my own state. Can not recommend them any higher!

Mightily impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of these guys. The way they treat regional clients is outstanding - interactions with them are relaxed and helpful. I may not live in Brisbane but fast, free postage of scripts makes my location irrelevant too.

I rang the pharmacy today and spoke to Claire, I asked for my order etc and everything was fine. Then she rings me back and I tell her I was talking to a woman from there and then she cuts me off and says “Excuse me, I am the lady you were talking to”! Then she asks for some more information and goes to hang up and I quickly ask her name and says Claire in a disgusted voice and hangs up on me. Then I talk to one of the managers and he tells me that the staff get treated badly over the phone by customers. I told him I didn’t do anything wrong and I was spoken to rudely by her. So of course he sides with her and also tells me that she went home because of my call to her today, blaming me.nIt’s a shame because the rest of the staff are lovely. I won’t be using them anymore. Completely unprofessional. So RUDE!

The staff are really hit or miss here. The pharmacists and younger staff are nothing but helpful angels shout out Lily. But some of the older staff members need to retire as they’re unhelpful and complain about doing their job. I find most of the older staff discriminate against MC patients. Their smiles turn to frowns as soon as they see a cannabis script, despite me being nothing but pleasant to them.nnI had a bitter interaction with Ingrid who wouldn’t send me my repeat script token. I asked if she could send it as I hadn’t got it and she barked that I’ll get it later… which I didn’t and I had to ring them to get them to re-send it. I think she needs a holiday or something

Fantastic pharmacy. Always have stock of obscure prescriptions and the staff are always super lovely, especially Lily, she is never without a smile and such a positive and helpful attitude. Highly recommend Carina Day and Night
