This Chemist Warehouse is a lifesaver with its extended hours, always staying open late.nThe staff are incredibly helpful, whether it’s for advice or finding products, and there's plenty of parking right out front, making it super convenient. It's my go-to spot for anything from prescriptions to everyday essentials

I called into the store on Friday for a prescription and to pick up a few things,nnI was approached by a little guy ‘David” ‘He found everything I was looking for quickly. And even offered a little advice to help me. Absolutely great service like this is rare.I’ll be shopping at Tingalpa from now on. Thanks David.

This chemist warehouse has committed multiple serious privacy breaches where they have illegally accessed a My Health Record of a person not in store, disclosed sensitive information including full residential address over the phone and disclosed my partner's prescribed medications to a high conflict third party. Chemist Warehouse have arbitrarily assigned a do not dispense order for essential medication prescribed to a disabled child to one parent based on the hearsay of a known abusive parent. Conveniently, Chemist Warehouse has not responded to complaints and management staff are not available to take calls. Not good enough Chemist Warehouse! Your systems and processes are unacceptable and negligent.

Stuff are always there to offer assistance, very patient with people. The store is very nice and has great view, the Aisles are not crowded at all.

I was asking for assistance on a product they stock “Bioglan - Ashwaganda” .nAsking about the main ingredient and combining magnesium benefits. Store assistant said they would give me Bioglan phone number, I declined and asked for pharmacist and then again offered a phone number. Didn’t find this helpful. Terrible customer service and a lack of product knowledge. Will go to another store where customer service and product knowledge is offered. Thumbs down
