I have been in quite a few times and some of the staff are downright rude. With attitude. I did have a lovely girl a few weeks ago who was very knowledgeable haven’t seen her since. Hopefully she has been snapped up by another pharmacy who appreciates her knowledge and courteous manner.

Good price, but take forever for prescription drugs, and often only stock generics of many medications.

I did a good work email to head office re two of their amazing staff who really are a true credit. Well the Manager Yan did not pass it on to the ladies saying to me "we have too many things to do in a day we will get around to it when we get around ti it". After being so extremely rude she then turned her back on us and walked away. So I put in a complaint about her behaviour which explains why some of the staff aren't so happy there. The Regional Manager passed on the good work comments in person which is great. He also reprimanded Yan for her unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour as a Manager. Since then my good deed of writing a good work comment has backfired terribly. Manager Yan has taken it out on all of the staff meaning they have had a "terrible 2 weeks" and the 2 good ladies I made the comments were also accused of soliciting a friend or family member ie me of writing in. False allegation Yan...I have just been a long term customer who wanted to tell you about two exceptional staff members. Bullying in the workplace whilst rampant is atrocious shame on you. One of those members has resigned and no wonder...I wouldn't want to work for you either seeing how you treat your staff.
