Very helpful and friendly staff. Open from 8- 8 Monday - Friday Saturday 8-5 9-5 Sunday. Open most public holidays for a few hours in the morning. Highly recommend for flu and Covid vaccines. Ramsey pharmacy also offers health checks such as blood pressure, weight and they have a huge variety of vitamins.

The staff at this pharmacy were all very friendly . My covid vaccination, administered by Jack was painless and very quick, thanks.

Friendly, knowledgeable, always supportive. They get to know long term / repeat customers & give great advice re medications management, treating general conditions like colds/flu/sinus/headache. Also stock good quality naturopath products.

Claire is an absolute gem! Super helpful and friendly every time I go in. In fact, all of the staff are super knowledgeable and willing to lend a helping hand. Excellent service every time. :

I went here for the first time last month and received very poor customer service.  In every pharmacy I've been to, any script medication is packaged up with discretion. The girl who served me did not do this, and was typing away at the computer leaving all my medication on the counter in full display of several other customers. After waiting as she took her time at the computer, I ended up having to store them away in my handbag.  The health conditions I'm being treated for  are serious, and private. On top of that, I was given the wrong dosage. Will not be coming back to a store where staff act unprofessionally.

Absolutely appalling. Asked for  Ventolin inhaler then was looked up and down, asked if I have a regular pharmacy advised I've just moved interstate, "have I've even been diognosed with Asthma?" I was shocked and appalled to be treated this way. This is NOT how you treat people. I would recommend you steer clear of this place.

Was a good chemist. Staff still nice. The stars are for them.  But the pharmacist Diana assumed something, that was wrong, but not before contacting other chemists in her investigations. Still refuses to supply product in spite of Drs instructions and having an authority script. Being judgemental and then not accepting a Drs advice and both Commonwealth and State Health Departments approval to supply, no longer gives me confidence in receiving independant or fair advice from her. I can get this product from other chemists, including those she contacted. Self appointed "investigator and judge", who cant admit they are wrong and even "dig in", have no place to be in the role they have.

Friendly staff, reasonable opening hours and medications are actually relatively cheap here. They have gone out of their way to help me every time I've required medications ordered in. I highly recommend this place.
