I've never been to this chemist before today. I only went here today out of convenience as I was getting lunch at Palmdale. I was wanting to have a repeat script for antibiotics filled for my husband. The pharmacist who was filling the script called me over to ask if the script was for me...clearly not, it's not my name on it. Then she proceeded to question the need for a repeat 3 months after the initial script was filled saying she would have to contact our GP to "make sure it was ok". Duh! That's why we have a script! Despite me explaining my husband suffers chronic bronchitis and our GP gives scripts to keep on hand she continued to interrogate me on his symptoms and telling me not all infections need antibiotics (this isn't our first rodeo!). I then realised she was a student doing her practical at this pharmacy. Since when do pharmacists question the use of scripts when they are in date! I'm also sick as a dog, the last thing I want is to be interrogated about filling a script from our GP! I took my script off her and said I would have it filled elsewhere. I had a bad feeling about this pharmacy before I went there. I should have trusted my gut. I won't make the mistake of going here again.

I'm a very long term customer of the pharmacy and always pleased with service. The pharmacists are terrific, Ian is always extremely helpful and gives excellent advice. Greg and Vicki are always friendly and helpful as are the whole team. Having health issues is not nice for anyone and having such a good experience with these health care professionals makes things easier.

 ......Ripsters dont buy it from here........
Was a regular customer from last 3 years but than they  take you for granted n start ripping you off . Bought medcines which i regularly buy, last few times they started charging me way  extra.and explained it to me there is increment in prices of these medicines. From other pharmacy  got it on regular price.
