Welcome to Hardings Late Night Chemist. We specialise in looking after your health and your prescriptions and have a strong focus on service. Our Annerley outlet is conveniently located close to Brisbane's West End, Yeronga and Moorooka and stays open until 11pm, seven days a week.

Despite the continued disgustingly unprofessional encounters and treatment by ONE of the females at the front desk, Renad, the other staff have fortunately made up for her lack of professionalism. It truly seems the staff at this chemist are trying their hardest despite occasional stock issues, I am always looked after, and needed medications always supplied within a timely manner. I would like to specifically mention the outstanding service and kind nature Vy brings to this business, and solely the reason why I keep coming back besides the shocking and completely unnecessary treatment supplied by some members of staff. All in all, being one of very few chemists providing their services so late, and in addition to the majority of great staff - it is a great chemist.

Many shipping problems and orders more often that not are delayed. Sometimes even 4 days as the staff send parcells too late in the afternoon when I always order on time early in the morning. Last 2 times the parcel got here 4 days later and giving the fact that we are talking about anxiety medication this problem shouldn't occur. Do yourself a favor and find a better pharmacy. One that doesn't give you more anxiety and depression like this one every time you order there is a problem. Worst pharmacy in Australia by far!!! I would give 0 stars if I could

Although they say it’s a 24 hour pharmacy, if you visit at night the pharmacy isn’t actually open. There’s a single window where people get service by lining up and entering a room.  Currently 9 people standing outside, each person so far is taking about 15mins, so looks like about a 2 hour wait for a script.  Not a good service model at all.

I literally never leave negative reviews but this pharmacy is so frustrating.  I submitted a script via email that they told me it would need a compounding chemist. When I went in person to pick up my other medications, they told me they could send it off for me to the compounding pharmacy. I didn’t need this medication for two more weeks so figured this was fine. I followed up with three emails. Finally I phoned two weeks later and they said it had only been submitted to the compounding pharmacy a couple of days ago but had been declined due to not attaching a script ? They then posted the script off. So not only did I not have my medication in time, they couldn’t give me my script back and I was forced to go to the doctor again and get another script!

I went in to pick up some simple scripts. There were 5 staff members working and I was the only customer in the store. I waited 15 minutes for my scripts to be organised while the staff members spent the whole time loudly talking, laughing and shouting across the store. At the counter, they had forgotten one of my scripts. The whole experience was slow and unprofessional.

Have been waiting for over 24hrs now and my script still hasn’t been filled!  They won’t answer their phone they just hang up and they’re ridiculously expensive for their medications.  Don’t waste your time.

Staff friendly but lost my script had to repeat my name many times waited about 35-40 mins to fill my script and it was 2x the normal price I pay at my other pharmacies... Don't think I'll be back in a hurry ! Dissatisfied

As Hardings Pharmacy for years, this chemist was top of its game - open 24 hours. Now, another Chempro which has slashed its opening hours by 7 hours daily and continually runs out of my medicinal cannabis unlike the Hardings owners leaving me with chronic pain and more PTSD suffering. Wish they never became a part of the Chempro chain...

Was a good chemist before they sold themselves to chempro, was a 24hr chemist too now only til midnight. Some friendly staff but bad customer service via phone and email. I highly recommend going elsewhere especially for medical cannabis.

Please be aware of the price mentioned in their tags. Its totally $2-$3 higher than the price mentioned in the label. When I informed this to the lady at the cashier she told me that she can read the label, and she knows that the price mentioned in the label is wrong. Then why they can’t update the labels?  So frustrating! This was happen on 14th January at 8.12pm.
