Very poor customer service. I inquired about some acne skincare products, as I could not find them amongst the extremely limited and, might I add, overpriced product range, and I was informed that said products were exclusive to Chemist Warehouse. Following this, I did my own research, and it turns out that this information was completely false. They are sold in basically every chemist, and the fact that they did not have these basic products shows their serious lack of product variety. I would recommend going to literally any other pharmacy bc for convenience you will sacrifice value, any sort of good customer service, and the ability to find even the most basic product.

So happy with these guys, very helpful.  My husband is in the hospital and I can't be there, I made a call and they delivered it straight to his bed within 1.5 hours. Laundry service and basic needs like deodorant, soap, even a bottle of water. More than I can bring him 400km away. Thanks guys you are a life saver.

They will rip you off.  You can buy the same medicine at your local pharmacy with a half price. They charged me a syringe fee 80cents too. Rediculous. Today I bought the same medicine at Terry White much cheaper than them and it came with a free syringe. Will never go back again.

Had a very positive experience when coming to this pharmacy, staff were friendly and the pharmacist was very helpful.

My wife had a horrible experience here and we will always recommend that others avoid going here, as we will certainly not be returning.  My wife is pregnant and has to take medication to ensure that she doesn't miscarry.  The Thursday before Christmas more medication was needed however our normal chemist in Albion couldn't help as they wouldn't be able to supply before we went on holiday. We rang the Mater to confirm they had stock and went in about 5pm to pick them up. Our normal price for the medication is $90. The Mater wanted $213.  My wife burst into tears when told that they wouldn't be price matching, which they had done in the past for us for this exact medication. The lady serving her told her coldly that if she needed the medication now that is what she would have to pay. After being told that they had previously price matched the lady sniffed that she would have to talk to the pharmacist on duty. After waiting a while the response was the same, they weren't price matching and if we needed the medication now we would have to pay the premium, in pretty much those exact words. Telling a crying pregnant woman that the medication needed to keep her baby alive at the Mater, which supposedly values the unborn was going to cost a premium of over $120, and doing so in such a rude manner was shocking for a Christian organisation.  After some crying and pleading they were nice enough to drop the price to only double the normal, the medication was purchased. Throughout the whole encounter the staff were extremely rude, to the point of being callous.

Helpful and attentive. The staff are thoughtful in easily explaining how medications woulds be applied.  Hope they keep up the good work.

I have to say a hige thank you to Kelly for processing my OTC and delivering my medication to QCH,while my daughter was having an infusion.Very professional and helpful service.

Waste of time can't do anything anyway!!! Rude staff that don't have a clue! Waste of space in a hospital!!

Very long wait without explanation for basic script.
