Today, after nearly waiting 2 weeks, I received my parcel. My items were a tanning mit, bottle of fixing mist and 2 foundations - both the same brand and type, except for a different shade. One came with a lid and one did not. It's pretty obvious. So whoever has packed it was lazy and gives 100% fks. I need caps to be able to travel with these. I message them on facebook, with a photo and am told to call customer service. I call, and am then told i will need to go on the website, fill out a refund form. Send products back and either wait another 2 weeks for a replacement, or wait to hear about the refund and then go into a store to pick it up. Talk about giving me the run around! THE WHOLE POINT OF BUYING ONLINE IS SO I DONT HAVE TO GO INSTORE! How ridiculous. Why do i have to go to so much trouble, be out of pocket and wait for your stuff up?

Staying a few days in Brisbane and had occasion to visit this shop twice relating to minor ailments and was extremely impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

Guy on checkout needs to be more courteous with line up rules/procedures. He made me loose 2 positions. I will never go there again.

Good selection. Store often has sales. Would recommend as an oversized chemist with an insane amount of products: face, hair, skin etc.
