I have shopped here so many times but the customer service I received at 3:45 pm today from the girl named Audrey was really disgusting. Customers  are the reason she gets paid and the business exists. She needs to be trained properly  because a little girl's  attitude of her will drive the customers  away.

Customer service needs attention. One staff member on the register with eight customers waiting to be served. After 7 minutes, placed goods on nearest shelf and walked out. Should anticipate customer traffic at peak times and appropriate staffing levels.

The shop is a very cramped place, cannot move around the aisles. The whole place is so busy, can feel the staff are stressed out: the pharmacist is rushing, there was only one checkout staff and she was so rough with her customer service, trying her best to get through the long queue.. unpleasant experience!

I went to buy a prescription medicine. 5 mins later after buying I realised the medicine seal was broken and I went to return it as it said on the medicine to not accept if the seal is broken. They convinced me they had to break the seal to put the label on the bottle. When I wanted to use it the spray did not work.  It's a waste of money and I feel like being scammed. It was probably returned to them by another customer and they scammed me.

They would not do a refund or store credit for a product I bought even though I only bought it 3 days ago and the seal was not broken. I recommend going to a non chemist warehouse chemist as they all price match to chemist warehouse anyway and have better customer service.

Marwa the pharmacist is very rude do not come get your medicine from this chemist. Marwa deserves zero stars. The reviews say it all. Never coming back to the chemist again

The worst services I've had ever received. Badly, slow and poor customer service. The isles are so narrow that you can not get past people. There was no one to help me, no pharmacist and only one cashier. The only other person was the security guy checking bags. Make sure to not go here. I would never go there again.

Asked a staff to test one perfume from the locked shelf, one particular one I was interested which I found a stronger scent for me. Asked to smell other few milder scents from the same shelf but the lady was very uninterested and acted annoyed after two scents!!! If you can’t help the customers then why do you lock those scents??? We’ll help ourselves, keep the testers out!

Chemist Warehouse in the City Mall is Great. The Phamacist greets you with a smile, is always happy to help and is an asset to the organisation. Thank you
