MLMH go above and beyond for their medical marijuana clients, I believe some medical marijuana clients need to realise this compounding pharmacy has been compounding and dispensing other medicines for years before we started getting our marijuana products. It seems some people do not respect the volume of customers serviced daily. Thankyou!

Great experience every time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can get a little busy during peak times but much prefer coming here than others

Update: Things are getting better. The staff is always friendly, but this place is more of a headache than the average pharmacy. Chances are there's a pharmacy near you that can source the same or similar products. You may even have time to call the 10 nearest pharmacies to chat before anyone at this pharmacy answers the phone.

Good pharmacy and I like how they look out for their customers and actually ask questions about their situation rather than just dispensing , but my only down fall is in this day and age for a pharmacy to be closed on weekends is a bit weird and has been a bit of an issue there are others that are open 7 days and seem to also have availability of product more , but this pharmacy is in the middle of the city and close to public transport access so Greg place all inall

These guys have always been super helpful and friendly, if I have a complaint it’s that they’re not closer to where I am but that’s my problem not theirs

My life my health is absolutely amazing and helpful and just all round best people to talk through issues get information from and has gone above and beyond to help me. They are absolutely amazing with customer service. Could not recommend them enough especially with people like If there is any problem they are always there to assist with any problems you may have. Definitely 11 out of 10.

Staff always helpful and understanding. Although i am highly considering changing my prescriptions over to another chemist due to the hours, not open on weekends and inconsistency of availability for orders for compounding medications.  I once sat on the phone for 35 mins before anyone even answered to place a Medical order. They reccommend their online portal but I can never seem to order through that, there should be a phone option without having to wait that long.  I hope these issues get rectified soon otherwise I'll just take my prescriptions elsewhere.

Appalling service they do not care about the clients they help and trying to get hold of someone via phone call is ridiculous you will have to try call at least 10 times before someone answers the phone

Will tell you to ring between 10 and 2 but won’t even pick up their phone and really poor communication over email better off going in if your life permits it

Amazingly friendly staff, very knowledgeable about their products.  Especially if you are a medicinal cannabis user, you can get all of your CBD/TCH products here!  As well as the great service, most common products are sold ensuring quick turnaround.  I highly recommend the trip into Spring Hill.
