I don't know about how they answer the phone, but, they give discounts if you live and work locally. Additionally, the customer service is pretty good.

Never answers the phone every time I call for information on my prescription medication I called today and it rang but no answer and the next call is engaged called again and its still engaged. Why do you have a phone when you are incapable of answering your phone you've lost my business and hopefully many others who try and contact you. If I could give no stars I would
