I came in during lockdown with a severe sinus infection with a heap of scripts from the Dr. Pharmacy Assistant asked me a couple of basic questions but I was so ill I was terribly rude to her, then cried because I was rude, then continued to apologise and cry and generally not function. The Pharmacy Assistant was gentle and so caring let me take a box of tissues and sit outside while they got everything ready for me. She could have very easily taken the whole situation personally but her was human and understood my situation. Which is actually rare. Wonderfully helpful and caring. Thank you and sorry I was rude in the first place again.

Had Covid booster. Really good service, friendly staff. Wife also got stopped in centre and told about their baby service and has since been using it.

I can't thank the team enough for the care and compassion they provided for my dad and still provide for mum. You are exceptional.
