Clean. Great location and very nice apartment.

Stayed next door to this place and three days in a row have been woken by construction noise from 6.30 am on a footpath in the morning.   On-call manager is rude, ignorant in local laws and has little consideration for others.   I would presume your experience would be similar if you stayed here.   I would steer well clear!

Great location, few minutes walk to swimming beach and restaurants. Apartment was neat and tidy and has all the mod cons. Really enjoyed our stay!
