Customer service was excellent. The hotel was always kept clean, including the pool and the hallways. There was lots of information on tourism activities near reception. The hotel was in a FANTASTIC location and was right next to the main strip of shops. It was also nice and quiet and the hotel rooms were clean and nice. Also, the jacuzzi was excellent and the pool was lovely to swim in. My only complaints would be the musky smell in the hotel room and the hallways, and the king bed was 2 single beds pushed together (which was uncomfortable to sleep in the middle). As well as this, the fire alarm went of twice by accident and woke us up during the evening (but i guess these things happen)...overall i would definitely stay here again.

Great location... Very convenient...5 mins from the for mile beach and very close all the shopping and restaurants. Nice rooms.... Everything works... washer and dryer...only downside is no lift from the free basement parking

Great location and most important very clean and cosy. Full set of clean towels and shampoos and even beach towels. Our room was the one with the spa and it was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Since not a hotel but an apartment, they won't have daily room service but I don't see it being much trouble, especially for the sweet peice

The service was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and the pool was also lovely. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
