The pool is nice. Five minutes walk away from Port Douglas center. Good enough. However, the resort feels a bit closed in. It feels like the developers were trying to squeeze in more units in the small resort. Our rental unit is a ground floor unit which is dark during the day time. We have to turn on the lights.

Beautiful resort with two pools and a spa in Balinese style. We were there a couple of days in December. Good beds, spacious rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff, happy to help and up for a chat. The resort is on walking distance from the harbour for tours to the great barrier reef and near the town centre. Great to drive from there to the Daintree rainforest and cape tribulation. Only thing missing would have been some eggs with breakfast.

Ok Family friendly accommodation, each unit is owned by a different owner so when our Air-conditioning broke they had to quote, wait, approve and then a repairer orders parts. Very specific issue, but highlights that the reception and team onsite have limited ability to fix issues unlike a regular hotel/resort.

The perfect place to stay in Port Douglas, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Hibiscus has two pools both with that Bali feel and are heated to the perfect temperature. Hibiscus is one block away from the main shopping, cafe and restaurants meaning it is quiet. but has easy access to everything you need to enjoy yourself. High praises go to Jenny at reception who has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome. We will be back as soon as possible.

Lovely quiet and comfortable spa resort. Two pools and lush garden surrounds. Recommended to destress.
