Worst treatment by Managers Ever!!! Abusive, obnoxious & they make false accusations if you make a bad review. Our family had done nothing wrong, hadnt even spent more then 30mins at the hotel & we got nothing but abuse, & obscene language from the owner especially to our poor 20yr old son & his 19yr old partner, poor girl was in absolute tears. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 8ppl in total. But no he accused us of having extra ppl, drunk & disorderly , & also makes stories up of us doing drugs which all are false accusations. This place needs to be closed down as the abusive nature of this man is appalling. Stay away, much better hotels.in Port Douglas. Absolute worst customer service EVER!!!

High quality apartment accommodation. Reasonable price and just a couple minutes walk from all the action. The owners were very helpful also

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days and we were very satisfied. Apartments have all necessary equipment (although some of them are little bit dated), great pool, complimentary board games, books and stuff for beach. Very close to beach and city center.
