OK, like other reviews, great pool for kids, great location etc.nBUT ... this is nowhere near a 5 star hotel. We had 2 apartments, cost many $000's, never cleaned properly, not even a kitchen bench wipedown. Dishwashers so ineffective, just old junk. BBQ never cleaned so only used once. Stove never cleaned. Bathroom floor done maybe once. Staff only change towels and make beds, pretty slack.nApartments are sparsely furnished, that's OK, beds are reasonably comfy and showers are good. We had a tv remote that failed, - it was taken away with a promise of a replacement - it took days and a follow-up to get one.nAlso be aware that if you are not on a top floor, noise from above can be a real issue. And what is a very big problem at least for us ! was the slamming of doors. All hours, sounding like gunshots. Management needs to install dampeners to stop the lazy and inconsiderate.nIt wouldn't take much to improve this place, but it's not that good at the moment apart from the pool and location. Having been here twice and found it the same, I await the usual platitudes from Management.
++++ For Accor plus members ++nnFood amazing : amazing and lunch starts at 12:00 despite website saying 11:30.nnHotel has policy of children counting as adults regardless of whether they eat from the kids menu.
Didn’t at all feel like a 5 star resort. Buffet breakfast was very very average didn’t even get a barista coffee, rooms outdated and small. Only positive was the pool. We moved across to the Sheraton after this and it was much much nicer! More reflective of a 5 star resort.
A terrific place for my wife and I to stay. The staff were great and very welcoming of my Assistance Dog. I recommend the Spa Room as this gave us direct access to a garden area for our dog when needed.
Lovely place to stay for a week in June. Easily walk to beach and to main street pubs & restaurants. Room was good size. Nice pool.
