Peppers Beach Club resorts are a favourite of mine, from the moment you arrive you are greeted with the gorgeous lagoon style pool surrounded by palm trees and sunshine. We booked two resort spa rooms, The check in was easy, however finding our room took a bit of navigation skill. The building we stayed in didn’t have a lift to the room so stairs it was, when we checked in the concierge hadn’t started, so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs lol, the rooms were nice comfortable and quiet with a lagoon pool view, the air con was nice and cool, they also had ceiling fans. The Nespresso machine was well used lol. They have a bar /restaurant next to the pool, no swim up bar though like their sister property in Palm Cove. We will stay there after this. They have under ground car parking also.
Our recent one-night stay at Peppers in the penthouse apartment was, without question, the best hotel experience we have ever had.nnFrom the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and thoughtfully curated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The penthouse itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately presented. The private pool elevated the entire experience, offering both luxury and privacy, and created a truly relaxing atmosphere for my little family staycation!nnThe attention to detail throughout the apartment and the high standard of comfort made it difficult to leave. Every element, from the furnishings to the overall ambience, reflected quality and care.nnAn added highlight was the location. Being within easy walking distance to the main street meant we could enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions without needing to drive - A big plus!nnWe would highly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for something truly special. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we will definitely be returning.nnThank you for making our stay so memorable!
Thank you Pepper Beach Club PD! I only stay one night with my husband for a getaway weekend. From the start staff was helpful at the check in, room was lovely. Very nice and clean, however we catch 4 mosquitoes in the room, but I guess that just because of the tropical weather. Love the spa! What a treat! We went to KOKO restaurant in the hotel, food was great and staff were helpful.
Thank you Peppers Port Douglas.nWe were originally staying elsewhere but after 1 night and a really bad experience we moved hotels and came to stay at your establishment.nThere were 6 of us staying across 3 well maintained, clean rooms.nYour staff were attentive and nothing we asked for was any trouble at all.nThe pool was also clean and well kept .nBreakfast had a bit of everything which was all we needed.nWhenever we do come back to Port Douglas we will definitely be staying with you again.nThank you for saving our holiday .
We have stayed at Peppers in Port Douglas quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile with making suggestions for places to visit, activities and dining options. There is plenty to do in Port Douglas with including some wonderful Barrier Reef tours and some beautiful restaurants. The Rooms are always beautiful and clean with fresh bed linens and the beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait to return again!
