Absolutely no service and quite rude really. Walked into the dealership looking for a new car for my wife. The sales rep saw me, didn't even bother to acknowledge me while having a nice old chat with what looked like a mate rather than a customer. Others walking around looking busy, not even bothering to say hello. 10 minutes later, still chatting, not even eye contact. Pathetic. Went to the Melbourne dealership that afternoon. Perfect service (even though they were much busier), much larger range of cars. Like chalk and cheese. Bought one that afternoon and will make sure we drive the extra distance to service it there (we live 5 minutes away from the Brighton dealership).
