I was very happy with the car I bought, and the service I received from Brighton Mazda. I had been looking at various cars for a couple of weeks and had got to the stage that i was pretty sure what i wanted - a low km basic range Mazda CX 5. There had been nothing available in my price range locally, but I went up to the Mazda showroom, just to check out the size of the car. I spotted my car straight away and it was exactly what i wanted. I had not noticed it on the website and I knew at once that it was great value compared to what i had seen advertised elsewhere. AJ, the salesman, would not budge on price nor would he throw in any add ons, like tinted windows or free servicing, but I was not surprised, due to the low kms and bargain price! I took it for a test drive and it was an easy sale for AJ! He was on his own in the showroom, but he gave me his undivided attention and took numbers to call people back - something that definitely earned my respect! He could even multi task!! The whole thing was signed and sealed in about 40 mins and when i went to collect the car a couple of days later, he spent time showing me everything thoroughly. He even managed to find a couple of small gifts to sweeten the deal! All in all it was an easy and pleasant experience - not nearly as bad as i had been anticipating! If you are interested in buying a Mazda, ask for AJ!!

When my old car had served me well but time for a change over I rang Brighton Mazda to ask what they had in stocknFrom that moment on they guided me through the whole process with amazing efficiency and professionalism . From consult, to test drive, to negotiation, then to a purchase it was a great experience . The coffee making machine is also impressive..nThe machine I bought BT50 Ute is next level . I had an older model full of problems and Mazda have honourably now partnered with izuzu showing they are serious about staying competitive and offering a quality product to the Aussie trades market which is imperative to keeping our country moving ..nThank you Brighton Mazda for your impecible service and honest, friendly approach to what is for most, a rare experience to buy a new vehicle . I look forward to going to work in my new Ute and also to a 5 year capped servicing plan .
