My car was booked in for a capped service, the wrong key was given back, several days later the correct key was delivered, no apology, it was as if it was our fault. A couple of days later a nice lady phoned ' I will get someone to call you. Well some bloke phoned had no idea why he phone, just said ' got an email to call you !' There is a quality control problem, you need to put a tag on every key. and improve your internal communication in you very small office.

Just had the best experience with Matthew at Brighton Suzuki. He was lovely, not demanding and didn't pressure us at all! He was the most genuine and nice car salesman I've ever dealt with. We ended up buying and are thrilled! Thanks Matt

I am just writing to highlight the excellent advice and Customer service I received from Warren Cooksley at Brighton Suzuki. Great car The New Swift all the features were fully explained and demonstrated in an easy manner. I would highly recommend you to any of my friends.

I went Suzuki Brighton for buy a car,and I liked swift car Which is parked front of showroom outsides and quary about car , , when I went inside totally ignored by the salesman on the phone , I wait about 15 -20 minutes he don’t care and he saw me I was waiting but he not care at all he continue on phone . I'm seriously not happy never recommend to go Brighton Suzuki poor customer service
