Brighton Chrysler Jeep Dodge - Showroom

Simply one of the best dealership in Victoria. The level of services by the staff working at Brighton Jeep is something you do not get everywhere in Victoria. Highly recommended.

I wouldnt even give a star if it was possible. Not only is the customer service incompetent by hanging up on you over and over or never calling back but the actual car service center itself is hopeless. After having a car for 5 weeks and supposedly test driving when all issues were "repaired" to only find out the car was better off in the begining not even being touched by jeep "mechanical team".

I can’t say one positive thing about my experience with this service centre. They have absolutely no concept of customer service. I was constantly told they “would get to my car/issue when they had time”. I had to constantly call, no communication whatsoever from their aide. Clearly they are under staffed - either that or they overbook to the detriment of the customer. My experience has most definitely discouraged me from ever buying a Jeep/Chrysler again. Management should make some time to read the reviews so they can get a feel for why they are rated so poorly.

Recently was dealing with Tayla to purchase my new car and what a superstar! Tayla went above and beyond, was knowledgeable of the car and wasn't pushy at any point. Highly recommend Tayla if you are looking at purchasing a great car!
