Awful experience, we paid a deposit for a new V40 on a Saturday and give the written notice for cooling-off the following Tuesday, hence within the 3 business days, just to be told that they will keep the 2% from the price - $1000 - saying that they booked the car to come from Sydney to Melbourne, non the less we've asked for the car to be available not earlier than three weeks!!! We've been penalised for buying a different due to better price from same company...no other comments!!!!

We had an excellent experience buying a car from Altitude Volvo on the weekend, in particular, from Sales Consultant, Troy Clark. His approach with us was natural and professional, and he didn't push. Troy was also very knowledgeable about the car and its many features, which meant that we could focus on the car, rather than be distracted by a sales pitch. We left confident we had chosen the right car for us, and love our new Volvo. Thanks a lot.

Great team at Volvo Brighton.  They will bend over backwards just to help you out. I have never been to a Volvo dealer which has been so helpful and nice. Such smooth transition from buying a car all the way to servicing it. This place deserves 5 stars. I know if you service your car they change  over your number plate frames with there's.  But hell so what... all dealerships does that know. So if you have a Volvo that you care about  i will definitely bring my car here again and again. A+++. This dealer deserve's a dealer award.

Highly recommended especially Troy Clark; not very pushy; knowledgeable and very helpful
He assisted us in making the decision and also went out of his way to provide us with a memorable experience.

Would not let me take a car for test drive!!!!
After getting salespersons attention and asked information about the car I was given one word answers. 
When I asked to take car for test drive I was told "No" I had to purchase the car for that. Dont understand how that is possible without driving the car, especially a used car.
Found another Volvo dealership that was friendly and helpful.
