From querying to eventual purchase of our new Audi, the team were friendly, patient and did not treat us in any other way other than with total respect. They were informative and diligent in our dealings with them. The pre-delivery service and information was exceptional. The went through the functions and technical aspects of the car in such great detail that was outstanding. We went back after taking delivery to ask a few queries about some to the functions we did not understand, and they treated us with respect and understanding. Would highly recommend them for their treatment of us as customers, both before, during and after purchase.
