Bought our Audi here and serviced it here ever since. Had a bad experience with the sales woman but the great support and service by the service department made it worth. As I told the service advisor who has been with us from day 1, if we bought another Audi, a big part of the reason is because he is there to assist us. Mark Brennan deserves praise as I know a little about cars and each time there if there is a fault, he doesn't sugar coat his reports to me. This brings a smile to my face as I'm involved with all my cars and I can work with the service centres/workshops to do the best for my cars. Thank you, Mark for putting this E in Excellent!

I would like to share my experience at Audi Centre Brighton. At the time of booking (check in) they were all very busy. Your service manager John Flanders greeted myself. I was sure he was going to hand the job over to another staff member. However, much to my surprise John continued to keep myself update throughout the day. His level of service was exceptional. I asked why a lower member of staff would not attend myself later in the day. He said the follow' We are all a team. For a customer its important to have one point of contact throughout the day.' Being the manager I'm sure he is very busy. For him to continue with my job really showed myself the importance and how they value their customers. He opened up the car door for myself and sent me on my way. Now that's service right there!

If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, make sure to book an appointment and test drive with Ash Smith at Audi Centre Brighton. Cannot praise her professionalism, fun attitude and love for Audi's enough. I bought my Audi in 2016 from Ash and went back with my partner to get her Audi a year later. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with on both occasions - no fuss, seamless and memorable. We'll be back to see Ash come trade-in time! Also a special mention to Joel (the Audi wizard) for his patience while taking us both through our cars' extensive range of features at pick up time. Just adding to the already glowing review for the Audi Centre Brighton team with a mention for Joe Porcino from the service team. He's another gem and has been great to deal with on every occasion! Generally getting your service done is the works part of car ownership but Joe and the team make it stress free.

I am extremely happy with the service i received from Audi Brighton Staff. I was greeted by Eddy and was taken care of in an extremely professional and friendly manner. During the whole showroom experience, I experienced High Quality customer experience, Audi Brighton have set which I was not able to find elsewhere. I highly recommend others to meet up Eddy if you are heading to Audi Brighton. During discussion on Financing, Mr. Andrew did a great job in listening to me all the way and trying to come to terms which is close to my budget. On the delivery date Joel gave a complete thorough walkthrough of the car and its functions. Audi Brighton Sales Manager (Mat) have done an excellent Job and I am very happy not only with my car but the experience i received.

11/10 experience. I would like to thank Joe Porcino for the exceptional service I received today at the Service Centre. He exceeded all expectations despite a miscommunication with a previous booking, but instead of making an excuse he quickly had a solution. He did a phenomenal job of turning a potential disaster into a positive outcome. Very hospitable he offered tea and coffee while I waited for his team to quickly complete the first service. Car was washed and a bottle of sparkling water was awaiting upon delivery. Great attention to detail. A true professional, if only the Sales Team at Audi Brighton would approach business in the same manner.. Thanks again Joe!
