Very poor service. Dropped off Tyre for repair and 6 days later with multiple follow ups from me no action or call back. Picked up tyre and sorted by another tyre company that day. Will never use Beaurepaires again.
Great service. Extremely helpful team. Went over and above.
They charged my wife twice for a tyre and after following it up with several phone calls, they still haven't processed the refund 3 months later.
I went to get a wheel alignment this afternoon. Will was super friendly and professional. His team worked efficiently and effectively on the car. This was by far the best experience I have ever had when needing to get any sort of car service done. The price was also very reasonable and affordable. I would certainly recommend this place!
Impressed with this Beaurepaires. Jaxx Caulfield initially told that a wheel balance and alignment would cost $219.00 for my car I new that sounded extortionate so I rang around. Booked here at Beaurepaires in Bentleigh after they quoted $125.00 . On the day of the appointment they took the car up on the hoist. They checked the alignment. Gave me some advice on tyre pressure for my tyres and charged me nothing. Well done. You have won a future customer

Fantastic Service from Will at the Bentleigh store, really helpful and friendly and was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and helped me out with both new tyres and a wheel alignment. Will be back.
