I had a great experience dealing with Vivien lee and I would like to appreciate for her professional services and continuously support since I bought the e coupe 220d a few months ago. I would recommend her to all my friends when possible.

Came to browse at a few cars with my dad the other week, we had a great time browsing outside. Then we went into the showroom and we were approached by a salesman offering his assistance, we kindly replied "just browsing for the moment thank you". So we continued walking around, and the same salesman started to follow us around, if we stopped to look inside a car, he would also stop directly behind us. We started to feel uncomfortable, so we began to walk around cars to see if we would still be followed and sure enough he was right behind us like a puppy dog. We felt as if we were doing something wrong so we headed for the door to exit the showroom, the man continued to follow us until we left the doorway. We left immediately as we felt turned off and uncomfortable. my suggestion is, if a customer has told you they are happily browsing, leave them and don't follow them around. Otherwise if I told I was interested in a specific car, by all means follow me around, show me the features of the car. To be honest we felt a bit freaked out.

in a word Terrible... good initial sales experience from Laura but once i had received the car it all turned bad, promised inclusions were not included and when queried my emails were unanswered, after getting rather nasty I finally received a thoughtless email from Shaun Rees the sales manager ignoring most of the points and basically calling me a liar (even though he has a copy of the full email trail) After a recommendation that he revisits this complaint with a little more effort I am CC'd in with Geoff Quirk the dealer principle where I have been totally ignored. I know that money should not make a difference but for $185k I expected much better.

Not very good customer experience. During the first 9 months after purchasing a new car we had so many issues both with the car and the dealer: car manufacturer faults and issues 10+, back for repairs and service x 7 times in 6 months, sales manager resignations x 1, service manager resignations x 2, support manager resignations x 1, requests to speak face to face to the dealer principal 10+ times, emails to the dealership to help us out 20+, face to face meetings with dealer principal ZERO. How is that a good service Geoff, and not a single apology. Only after we came to the dealership and requested to meet with you face to face, you apologised, took a full responsibility as you should have, made promises and even then you went back on your word. Customers do not deserve to be treated that way. As one sale person said to us "There was nothing wrong with our money when we paid for the car, money were not damaged and good to be used".
