I cannot talk about Plush Furniture in Frankston enough. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing new furniture. My sister and I both bought from here and had 2 completely different needs when ordering a suite. Taryn went above and beyond for me. I needed a suite to suit my back injury needs and Taryn showed everything until I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Taryn was always pleasant and friendly and greeted every visit with a smile. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience.
After my friend and I had visited many furniture showrooms in one day without success, on our way home we decided to pop into Plush Frankston for a final visit to search for two 2-seaters and 2 occasional chairs. We were fortunate to be attended to by Taryn. Nothing was too much trouble, she is an expert in her field, and obviously loves her work. It was wonderful tapping into her knowledge of styles and materials for a small living space, such as I have. She was never pushy but just a delight to deal with. I received samples to take home which was handy, and later on in the day I returned to confirm my purchases. If you are looking for loungeroom furniture, you can't ignore the enthusiasm and expertise Taryn will give you. Thank you Taryn, it was a pleasure to meet you. Karin Roddy
I have been a loyal customer to Plush Frankston for many years, purchasing 2 x Melbourne couches in leather and fabric and returned again after building my home to furnish it with yet another Melbourne custom piece, this time splashed out went high end fabric and paid in full the $6500 plus the $531 shield protection in Feb 2022, was told May for delivery. Then found out June, then July, then in August I got an update via the online portal that it was going to be Oct/ November. I rang to ask for a definitive month/ date and was told it was stuck in a shipping container in Shanghai. They couldn't offer me a date. I requested to cancel the order due to the proven uncertainty around if I would receive my couch ever. I was told I could have a refund less 30% because it was a custom order, not satisfied with this response I said consumer law says I'm entitled to a full refund because the estimated delivery frame had blown out by months. I got a refund. 3 weeks later requested if I could reinstall the order, they Saud they would get baxk to me 3 days later still no call, so I rang again to be told very rudely that they still didn't know if my order had been reallocated to another customer but the price of the couch had gone up another $2000 dollars and I'd need to pay that!!! You'd think after 10 months of no couch after ordering it, the stuff around they could at the VERY LEAST honor the price I had paid in full over 10 months ago sitting in there accounts whilst I was without a couch. The manager is rude and unfortunately it's left a very poor taste. I think plush and it's customer service has gone down hill.
Recently purchased a new couch from plush Frankston. The lady who helped me Taryn, was so lovely and very helpful she made my experience stress free and fun thanks a million Taryn
PLEASE DONT BUY FROM PLUSH - I received a faulty couch June 2021 and still have not received a replacement and they aren't responding regarding a refund. One of the worst furniture stores and customer service I have ever dealt with. Read all the reviews, as you will see many complaints.
Recently purchased a couch from Taryn at Plush in the Power Centre in Frankston. Taryn asked lots of questions to get a thorough understanding of our needs and then made recommendations based on our answers. She was extremely knowledgeable and we walked away feeling very confident and excited with our purchase. Excellent Customer Service, can highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a great customer experience.

We recently visited the Frankston Plush and was delighted in the range of products. After being followed around like a puppy dog by one staff member and being asked irrelevant questions, we were then pleased to have the attention of Taryn. She explained the difference between the two suites we were interested in all of which made a lot of sense and consoilidated our decision. After providing a quote, some colour sample to check at home we ultimately made our decision to purchase as the price was awesome. We look forward to taking delivery of our investment from Plush. Thank you so much Taryn for making the decision an easy one, a huge asset to the organisation.
We were looking around various stores for a leather lounge suite,Taryn new about the various types and grades used,the construction and warranties ,helped us with selections and was very friendly,courteous and not pushy.We are looking forward to our suite.Thanks Taryn
Purchased a couch June 2021, the couch was faulty, a replacement was going to be sent. 15 months later and still no replacement. I have requested a refund and they won't call me back. Bad customer care Faulty products Made in China Bad quality Terrible service
