Really happy with good quality bed set we brought for our daughter. When it arrived the drawers were broken. No problems they said, send us a photo and we will sort it out. Great....... Except it's two months later. Still not replaced and can't seem to get anyone to call us back. Also we brought a chest of drawers that still haven't been delivered, as they would arrive with the replacement . Once again no answer when we query. Really not happy at all.

Sales lady was helpfull but quite officious when we were organising payment and delivery which lead us to walking out. A bit of common courtesy goes along way in costomer service. Im sure they have alot of lookers during your day but too loose a customer after they have decided to buy must be dissapointing to there sales team.
