We purchased two 100% leather three seater couches in August 2017 and took delivery on the 9th of November. We noticed that one couch had a fault in the leather, right were you would sit in the center cushion. We contacted Nick Scali straight away and after a week they sent the leather Doctor out to assess the fault, at the same time the other couch had developed a lean on one side of the recliners. We asked Nick Scali for a replacement for the faulty leather one and to have the other couch assessed to see if the fault could be rectified. They failed to address the request for a replacement but sent the Leather Doctor out to repair the fault, which he did. The other couch has developed squeaks and the padding in the back cushions is already losing its shape and the back mechanism is wobbling . We have asked for this couch to be replaced. We will see how long it takes Nick Scali to reply. These couches are only one month old and there is only myself and my Wife sitting on them so no kids jumping on them

Firstly, I could never ring this store. The phone would ring out. I could ring ten times all day long and get the same result. I had to physically go in to ask questions. There was no care factor about the phone situation , it was the way it was because they were Nick Scali. Came back to buy a table to be told wrong price tag was on it and apologised but offered no solution than to simply pay the right price. Had it delivered. All the boxing and casing was my responsibility to rid off. I spent half hour crushing it to fit in.my car and there was so much foam my driveway looks like a snow storm and I have to drive to tip and pay. They ran out of stone granite protector they insisted I had to apply or my table would stain on any spill and referred me to Bunnings. Purchased what they suggested, a product that won't change the colour or texture. So got advise from Bunnings and did so. Applied it and now my table has patches of stains on it I will have to look at for as long as I own it. Poor service for a company that claim to be sophisticated . I had better service from Plush furniture who took away all my packaging for my couches.

Really silly to look your customers up and down then decide that perhaps it isn't worth coming over to discuss options with them. No customers in the store and 3 staff members, not one approached us. Left the store and happily paid Plush our money. One bonus we didn't need to walk far to find the couch we wanted.

On Sunday the 31st of July we made a last minute dash to the furniture stores to find a new dining setting, we left Nick Scali until last as we found a dining table inside this shop before that we just fell in love with. We arrived in this store at 4:20pm (still over half an hour until closing time) there were 4 staff members present and two other families inside at the time. We found what we were looking for, tried a few different options of chairs while we waited for a staff member to be free, not long later both the other families had departed, one staff member walked right by us with no greeting straight back to the main desk another was fixing labels and tidying up while three were now occupying the main desk. I went over to the main desk to get someone who was free and found them doing their closing procedure, now I'm all for getting ahead of paperwork but not while ignoring customers!! Finally I had someone to discuss options with, I told the gentleman "I love the table, I love the price of the table, but I need you to give me a deal on the chairs, his answer was "this is Nick Scali and we do not change our pricing" now this being the case I asked for cheaper options of chairs that would work with the table, he could not provide any. If you are going to operate an "exclusive" furniture shop with non negotiable pricing I believe I should be blown away with customer service, fortunately this experience allowed us to fall out of love with this table and spend well over 2K elsewhere

Very happy with the furniture I have purchased there. Staff don't hassle you but are hard to find when you do have a question.
