I don't normally write these reviews but I have to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received last week at HN Frankston when I was looking for a new laptop. Sid was really helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products on offer, he took time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond what we expected, Thanks very much for all your help Sid you are a credit to yourself and Harvey Norman, very well done. Got carpet here. Won't be doing that again. Staff were nice enough but their organisation (or lack thereof) was terrible. Had to remind them at every step from doing final measurement, confirming the installation date, ordering the carpet etc. Even that i had to pay the balance. Put the deposit down in Oct and got the installation completed in Feb. Job was done eventually but I had to work way too hard to make it happen.

I used to think they were expensive and my son convinced me to go in there and I now don't go anywhere else. Customer service is awesome and they are happy to give you a better deal. If like me you are sick of being ignored in stores, go to Harvey Norman Frankston they will give you a good deal and great service.

Yeah i was really happy with the customer service for a young man by the name of Jack. He was great in his knowledge about the products. This man is going places.
