For the most part the staff are great but the products are poor quality. I'm tired of having to return goods after a week or two and go through the 'pain' of being questioned before receiving a refund. Big W is no longer somewhere I want to shop.

You can’t return make up here anymore! Even with the receipt! Very unhappy about it considering I paid $45 for some foundation and paid for the wrong shade. They won’t even let me swap it over due to their new policies. Ridiculous

Only 2 cash self service checkouts are always being used by people who are using credit cards.  Bought 20 balloons but 5 blew up while untangling and a further 3 blew up for no reason.  I paid $20 for cheap quality.
