I am very, very satisfied with my experience at Big W Karingal! The free delivery on orders over $50 is such a lifesaver for me as a mom of two small children. The delivery driver was so cheerful and upbeat, and he even carried my very large box all the way to the front door — I was so grateful for that.nnThe whole delivery service was smooth, convenient, and genuinely stress-free. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using this service again!
Big W Karingal is a nice store with bright lighting, making it easy to browse. The place is clean and tidy, which creates a pleasant shopping environment. However, the selection isn’t very extensive, so you might not always find what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a decent store for quick visits.
I went to Big W Karingal today to get some Christmas shopping done but was finding it hard to find some products. A store team member, Janette, could see that I was out of my element and offered to help me. She was lovely, helpful and went out of her way to locate all the items I was looking for.
Be careful if you want the receipt for your purchases at Karingal Big W . I think they have auto set for customers to not have receipt. When I ask the lady she asked me to go to the service desk. There was a big queue at the service desk. I did not have time. Previously few times it happened to me. Once they gave the receipt at the counter after showing my fault. Saying in m my reward card I have opted it out.nI have not done it.nI don't think this is a good practice. i am not sure if it is legal not to give receipt when customer request it.
