Big W Karingal is a nice store with bright lighting, making it easy to browse. The place is clean and tidy, which creates a pleasant shopping environment. However, the selection isn’t very extensive, so you might not always find what you’re looking for. Overall, it’s a decent store for quick visits.

Karingal shopping Centre is so much nicer than it used to be. Big W used to be up in no end corridor and I could never be bothered to go to it now lots of other shops.

Free undercover parking = everyone can RELAX.  Business owners/workers AND patrons were all happy to be there.  Test it yourself.

Was really great store and staff. Security of Karingal hub approached me for a welfare check of myself but had nothing to do with Big W it just happened in there store.

It was cold in Melbourne, went there looking for warm hoodie, cardigan, sloppy Joe to no avail. Big clean shop with only one checkout chic to serve so the line was long waiting to get to her. We waited!!!
