I am sooo disappointed. Placed order  16th Jan 2022. Today 10th March 2022. Sent email. Spoke to 3  customer service operators. All very nice. 2 live in Philippines working from, only contact themselves by email. I said if I don't receive a credit, I'm going to the bank with the my  invoice order. Just discovered today they haveh permanently closed 3 Noni B stores I used to shop at.

Definitely poor customer service and no responsibility at all!! I’ve bought four items online from them after three weeks they emailed me I can collect just two of them!  But still haven’t received the rest of my orders after more than one month!! One week later I received an email from EziBuy that they’ve been  preparing my rest orders and will be ready to collect them soon!!  But nothing happened after that and when I emailed them to inquire about my order they completely denied their email and said your orders are Noni B products!!! Now, no one responsible Noni B said they are EziBuy products and EziBuy said my orders belong to Noni B!!! I purchased the items from Noni B’s website and even I don’t know who’s EziBuy??

I don't think 5 stars are enough to indicate the fantastic service I received at Noni B by the lovely sales lady yesterday afternoon. Wasn't sure what I wanted but she helped me with some ideas without being pushy and I got some great bargains as everything is on sale. So nice to be served by somebody with a smiley face thankyou

I came shopping here with my wife and we received excellent friendly service from the two ladies on staff
