I have shopped in this store for many many years so far back as to way before the extension of the shopping centre when it was called 16/26 and the staff have always been wonderful until today when I was shopping the specials racks as I do and came upon an anorak marked down to $40 because it was faulty although they had another anorak in a different colour with no faults marked down to $40as well upon closer inspection I noticed quite an abundance of both human and pet hair and very visible signs of it being worn. Upon asking the woman at the register she informed me it was a return and so therefore it was quite normal to have signs of wear. I wasn’t aware that I was shopping in a second hand store I thought I was in Autograph a once upon a time classy retail store but as the retailers quip to my “I’m not sure about it if it’s been worn,” answers with “well don’t buy it then.” To which I answered “I won’t!” And walked out. I think manners are definitely a thing of the past retailers training. How Rude!!!!
Favourite shop with a wide choice of clothing and staff are always welcoming and helpful.
Always the best range of clothing and the customer service is fantastic.
