Review for Cotton On Mega, Cranbourne - not Cotton On Kids, as this is the only review page I could find: Laura was extremely helpful. Was after two of the "2 for $30" shirts size XL, but neither design I wanted had an XL in stock in the store, so she ordered them both from the warehouse to be delivered and signed us up for the Perks card, was very friendly, patient, understanding and helpful. Very good customer service. Thanks so much Laura and Cotton On Cranbourne Team! Can't wait to get the shirts!

The staff are lovely, just disappointing they don't offer their cotton on plus size clothing range in store
Came in here on the weekend and the girl incharge of the change rooms was too busy talking to another colleague about her weekend plans to notice us standing waiting. My boyfriend politely asked her to open up a dresser to which she glared at him as if he had interrupted.. girl was slamming things around clearly in a bad mood.. don't take your personal matters to work.
Outstanding customer service this morning by a young girl at the front of the store.very pleasant and helpful... Wish I got her name.
Come on guys!!!! If you want to lock your change rooms then have someone manning them!!!!! To have to find an attendant to get into one is ridiculous!!!!
